Vodacom never called me back from 1St complaints

Your service is pathetic on the 29/03/2016 I logged a complaint on hellopeter. Vodacom rep**** and said a consultant will give me a call. 11days later still no one called me. Think I rather move over to cell c and let them buy over my contract if you guys can't keep your customers happy.
