Vodacom network sucks

Imagine having a phone with no network in some areas ,vodacom network sucks & when i call them telling them about this issue they always escalating the case they will get back to me,during this pandemic working from home is the only think we do and we need network, but with my vodacom network its always off

Calling them only to get the response of them saying they will come to fix their network tower but still nothing ,at the end of the i lost a lot of clients who tried to call me and since i dont have network i cant call them aswell..imagine when u want to call you have to drive fro 5min to the next area to use their network tower...

This is just a mess mmm***x
