Vodacom network service pathetic

This is a pathetic network service provider, I live in a small town and from December 2025, Every day or every 2 days we are experiencing a network outage, we have a home internet and phones on contract and we cant use anything sometimes for days, when we call we are told the technicians will work on the issue but it seems like they do nothing, we get told we will receive reference number but we get nothing, when you ask to talk to team leaders they say they busy and they will call but no one does, which is ridiculous, we paying for something that we cant use
