Vodacom network problem

I'm loss of words when it comes to Vodacom. I've been calling them countless times with no joy. My data services dont work on whatsapp, surprisely on WiFi network, other network providers like MTN, Cell C and Telkom it works perfectly. I spoke to some guy early this month, they synchronized mysim card, told me to switch my phone off and on, if still not working was told to search for network manually then put it on and off on flight mode. ALL THAT NEVER WORKED! They claimed it's a fault with my phone at what not, this does not make sense if whatsapp works on other networks and WIFI. They later told me to do a sim swap, I did , STILL NO JOY. I've been with Vodcaom for a while now , im very disappointed with the service.
