Vodacom Network Complaints at Mhlumayo, Ladysmith in KwaZulu Natal Province

We have experienced network problems and have reported to Vodacom authorities several times since 2015, but the service provider has not assisted the community with their complaints.

The Area in question is St Marks Mission , Mjinti , Mhlumayo, Ladysmith, KwaZulu Natal next to Nhlalakahle Primary School. It's unfortunate that I do not have GPS Coordinates.

Vodacom has not shown any willingness or sending a Technician to see where the problem is. Several calls are made on a daily basis by every community member, but it seems as if we are not taken serious.

We are happy for those who are using alternative networks like MTN as they are able to receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls, including accessing internet for online banking etc.

This problem has not only affected adults, but school kids who have to do research on internet have been severely affected by unavailability of network in the area.

Can Vodacom authorities be so kind to consider our community as well.

We will appreciate any prompt response and kind co-operation from the service provider.
