Vodacom Network Complaints at Mhlumayo Area in Ladysmith

Several complaints have been formally submitted to Vodacom regarding network problem and challenges. It is getting worse day by day with the recent load shedding. At times we have to endure being without electricity and network at the same time for the whole day or more. You can't even call Eskom due to poor network. We are pleading with Vodacom to take our matter seriously .
