Vodacom network and service disgusting!

The network coverage and service from Vodacom recently is disgusting! With the ongoing loadshedding issues, there has been zero signal for Vodacom customers. How is it that other cellular service providers are able to provide a service for their customers during power outages? The only response from Vodacom has been a message stating that signal and service will improve once loadshedding has run it's course. Loadshedding is not going to improve, it is going to get progressively worse and it's high time that Vodacom step up their game. We are paying for a monthly service that we are only able to use 40% of the time if we are lucky, yet still get charged full rates! If it wasn't for an alternate wifi company that was use, we would not be able to communicate at all!
