Vodacom Network

I have phoned Vodacom call centre regarding the Network issues for 3 days, they are experiencing in Nkandla KwaNgono - Esikhwane for the past 3 days, but i spoke to Sizakela (in call centre department) and she promised that she will log a call and send me a reference number but nothing has happened.<br> <br> Please Vodacom would you please look into this matter.
