Vodacom neglected people accounts

Again problems with Vodacom .Now they have put on my score missed payment but debit order went off as every month i wanted to bay a other vehicle but due to Vodacom negligence it is affecting mè. Call customer care they can't help me Vodacom what is going on .If this isnt sorted out on Monday i will take legal action.
