Vodacom needs to get their act together

<p>On Thursday I received a promotional sms form Vodacom stating that if I buy R50 airtime I would get R100 airtime for 1 day. I bought the R53 airtime on Sa****ay but didn't get my airtime which is inconvenient as that's when I make most of my calls as a working person. I phoned Vodacom today and logged a call. They loaded the R100 airtime today at 13:41 while my friends and family are at work and I'm also at work. This airtime is valid for one day. I'm pretty sure this is a marketing tool for Vodacom as they must know that your time for socialising during the day are limited. This is the second this has happened to me, it's so inconvenient when you load airtime with the assumption that you will get aidditional airtime to make your calls. Not only do not get the airtime but you have to take time to call Vodacom to get their procedures right.</p>
