Vodacom Needs to get it together
So I moved in to the flat of a work colleague, who had bought a house and moved. He has been struggling to cancel with Vodacom and get the line released since end of May. I need this line for my fibre now but it seems unless they release the line it can't be moved over to my ISP.
He has been calling regularly and emailing and all that gets said is it will be done. But a month and a half later and it still not done.

16 Jul 2021, 11:00Ok, so now not only have they failed to get back to me but it seems they added another sale and still have not:
- sent cancellation forms.
- cancelled the service (after numerous times of being told to do so).
Is this not *****, theft, or something?
