Vodacom needs to fall

So I decided to take out a new contract with Vodacom in Vangate Mall. Initially when I got there I was interested in a phone but then the sales woman convinced me to take a Hauwie P40 she told me that it doesn't have Google play store but works exactly the same and that I could get my gmail and everything etc that I had on my Samsung by phone cloning. I went back twice the same day I took the phone our because my gmail didnt work I could not sync my contacts absolutely nothing. I waited 3 days for the Hauwie rep to come out only to try 3 hours to try and fix it and she advised that something was definitely wrong with the phone she called Vangate mall told me to take the phone back as I was in my 7 days the phone had to go back for obf I got there they didn't offer me another phone to use had to struggle with insurance because they said insurance falls away if I take my sim card out and put it in a other phone. Up until I have not used the phone worse part is my account was meant to be debited for September even though I never used the phone account not debited and bill is now on R1000 for October I want nothing to do with this contract or Vodacom I'm still without a phone and want to cancel this contract
