Vodacom Needs To Do Better

We had Vodacom fibre installed over 2 years. And we have lost connectivity for up to 4 hours a day EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. since then. Sometimes it's only an hour, but for crying out loud, this shouldn't be happening.

We have called MULTIPLE TIMES, they've sent technicians out at least 4 times to "check the router". The technicians arrive, do something with the router, say everything is fine now, then the same problem persists.

It's stated that the Service Request has been escalated, but the problem is never fixed. We are paying for a service that is constantly interrupted.

Yesterday our entire complex lost connectivity, and Vodacom didn't even send a notification to their customers. We're just stuck with no internet for 24 hours without so much as a "we apologise for the inconvenience." Of course, the technicians came out, tested some outside line and left. There is still no internet.

Experiencing the same problem for 2 years is not okay. Stop sending technicians out to do the same thing if it clearly isn't solving the problem. Don't offer a service that you can't provide. Don't "escalate" a service request that very clearly has not been escalated for the past two years.

Do better, Vodacom!
