Vodacom needs to change their courier company of choice

For how long is Vodacom letting its customers suffer at the hands of their courier service company of choice? At one stage I've had to collect my parcel at Ram couriers premises even though it was meant to be delivered to me. This is a poor reflection on Vodacom as a company and there are so many courier companies out there who offer excellent service.
