Vodacom needs to be held accountable shake everyday ****
Vodacom shake everyday is a **** and complete rip-off! But i have found so many reviews saying the same thing. So many people experiencing the same thing. Ive won puzzle pieces with most shakes but now that i need only 1 piece to complete all the puzzles i only win useless data for 1 day and smoothies and gift vouchers which turn out to be invalid when trying to redeem them. I shook at least 70 times today because it was the last day of the "competition" and i was optimistic but did not receive 1 puzzle piece out of 70 shakes! Not even a "you have already collected this puzzle piece" This is unacceptable! How can so many people experience the same thing by chance and complain about it and vodacom not be held accountable for openly misleading customers. I would very much like to take this matter further, maybe even file a class action suit against vodacom.
