Vodacom needs a soul
Vodacom is just another ******* hiding behind their name and a pathetic support system. Their customer service support system is the worst, machines can't replace humans when it comes to customer service because your machines are built by humans who have no imagination and no care for customer service. Your APP on the Google Playstore is absolutely poor, it is slower than slow and that is if it even chooses to work at all. Multiple people have complained about this issue and Vodacom always tries to dodge the issue by saying that the customer must log a complaint with the Vodacom email service department. What ******* is this? Why doesn't Vodacom rather post a response stating that "we have noted your complaint and will try to better the service". Because if a customer has to contact your service department the your poor customer service frustrates all the goodness out of that person so that only the bad remains and then you are the cause for that person going to hell....... own this statement. Your vodacom APP is supposed to make the customers' life easier, instead they have to get a magnifying glass to try and read in between all of the adverts with which you have chosen to litter your app which eats up our Data. It really is easier, faster and cheaper using *111# , not as nice but more effective. If you have to litter your app with adverts then, I would suggest that your app communicates with a server of sorts and allows free Data transfer ONLY for the use of the app which is only fare, as this is a service that you are providing to your customers and not another way to selfishly take what you can from us. And your signal, it fails completely while Eskom Load shedding is in place. At least MTN still has a signal as their batteries and generators at their towers work. This happens all over the country as I hear this from family in the Northern Cape, Durban region and Joburg region.
Your golden rule is supposed to be "go the extra mile for the customers as they are Vodacom's bread and butter". You are supposed to be innovative and the market leader but, our data expires after 30days, THEFT!!!!! At least Telkom give a person till the end of the following month to use their data meaning if I load Data on 1Nov, it can last until 31Dec.......2months It isn't much better but it is better, you should rather remove the expiration date on Data. Oh, and your fibre service, the customers are complaining of poor non-existent connectivity and you still charge them for that..... shame on you Vodacom.
How about you actually act like you care, take this message into an urgent company meeting and get in all your project managers and customer managers and the Company owners to try and do something about this stuff. You really can act like you care and try to do something more for your customers.
Best regards,
