Vodacom nearly cost me my life
I had a contract which my employer was supposed to pay however submission of was went late and I was in areas. I called Vodacom to make arrangements which we agreed but they never deducted from my account. I called again this time they deducted twice on the same day which was not part of the agreement. I reversed one debit and left one we agreed on, to my surprise I received a call on the same month from a company called VVM telling me my account has been handed over I told them about my arrangement with Vodacom but still they continued harassing me on the phone. Later my phone number was disconnected and went to Vodacom shop to enquire I was given a number to call Vodacom directly which I did immediately. My experience was terrible because of the treatment I got from the manager by the name of Margaret who even refused to give me her surname but was able to give me the name of her surbodinate who assisted me initially. I told her my story but accused me of lying i asked her to refer to the person who assisted me before because she was the one who was able to see what happened on her records and decided to refer this matter to her as the manager. I then asked for the reference of the call she told to give my number so she can call me back she needs to refer from the file after she denied everything I told before. I gave her my other number she later called me back and said I need to pay full amount before she rehabilitate and reinstate my number which is now being recycled. I have requested the reference number and times of these calls I’m so disappointed even to date I’m still without my number and it nearly cost me my life because I drove out of province and tracker people tried to call me but they couldn’t reach me and they had to go out to check if the car i was driving was not hijacked or not
