Vodacom - Nashua take over disadvantage consumers

I had a R 200 data agreement with Nashua mobile which I specifically asked should be capped, having been caught by the sneaky out of bundel rates before where companies try and make an ********* quick buck from consumers, i wanted to avoid this to happen again. <br> HOWEVER with the change over of contracts from Nashua to Vodacom this line was labelled ''open'' and not capped anymore. This leaves me as a consumer with very little control - the response from Vodacom was more frustrating, they told me I don't understand how data contracts work and also that Iam not with Nashua mobile any more ! My request to not consider the out of data option placed with Nashua got lost in the handover when Nashua was bought out and it left me paying R 670 every month for the data instead of R 200. I phoned in and I refused to pay and my phone was cut. On 11 Feb 2015, I requested that they look at the original agreement which I had with Nashua. The call centre agreed to get back to me which never happend and I received a letter to pay within 7 days. I phoned again on 26th Feb with no success and on 27th I requested my data contract to be cancelled. After all of this no note to cap the data line made
