Vodacom N1 city rotten

I went to Vodacom N1 city. I drove over a 120km to do an upgrade with a add on ps5. I still have not heard anything from the guy that assisted nor is there any add on, on the contract. I tried calling vodacom N1 city a few days now but there is absolutely no answer.

I would never recommend to upgrade at vodacom with a add on. Because now mybson had a birthday with no birthday present.
