Vodacom N1 City Mall bad service !

2nd time in 3 days I have to write a review , im still waiting on my profile to be cancelled , as when I got to vodacom ive been approved for a contract and when I returned from the atm they **** to me and said their system in shut down . Spoke to vodacom yesterday and they said the reason is they a bit scared to give me the phone as I have a low income and low profile But ive been approved for a phone of R400 a month but I took a phone that is R389 a month .

And they said 3 days ago they will remove my profile But yet nothing As I want to go somewhere else . This is a follow up on my previous review . Still bad service .
