Vodacom N1 City Mall bad service !

Absolutely horrible service ! Manager was utterly rude , and the employees refused to assist me , they blatantly **** about their system being down. And did not want to help , they told me they would process my dealer swop in 24 hours , went to another vodacom provider and they handled it immediately , so much for 24 hours ! Lies . In 30 minutes , 4 customers withdrew from vodacom due to the service recieved and went to cellucity instead .the employees used fowl language when explaining themselves . Is that the way to treat customers !

Would not recommend it to anyone. Vodacom N1 City Mall is an absolute waste of time ! . Truely disappointed .
