VODACOM N1 CITY is a JOKE!

Vodacom is absolutely pathetic at all levels, but especially their N1 City shop, managed by Natasha Abrahams - aka "Stacey". That's if she is actually the manager, as they all use **** names in that store.

They firstly failed to submit my documents to their head office correctly, wrong, address, wrong bank account details, wrong email etc.... This meant my first debit orders bounced while I never recieved statements. When I went in to complain, they tried to ass the back and take no ownership, I only got some sort of service when I told them they were being recorded. "Stacey" promised to get everything sorted asap, contacted the insurance to cancel (all on recording). A month later I still have no feedback from "Stacey" even after following up (not even a response), I still haven't received a copy of my contract and I am still being billed for insurance.

I get absolutely NO assistance from the call centre when calling in. This is SHOCKING!!
