Vodacom, N1 Cellular Service or N1 ********s

So, This morning I once again call Vodacom Fibre on ********** and speak to a consultant who, as with every other call over the past 6 days twice/three times per day, that the line was not activated. WOW, nothing new. She then gives me a SR number SR190 ********** 89 and tells me to call back later to follow up. So, I call back and speak to Luvo who proceeds to tell me that Shurisha, Tarin, Yusuf, Carmilita and all previous consultants had been lying to me and that it will take another week before the service is activated. He also tell me that the Interim device will not be activated at all and I must wait for the fibre to go live. So, Vodacom seels the fibre service to customers on the promise of an interim device but never intends activating said interim device. Then, to top it all proceeds to lie to customers, while sending sms's which says the service will be up within 24 hours. The worst is consultant after consultant promises the same with a ton of excuses. Shameel Joosub, as CEO of Vodacom there are a few question I have. What kind of staff are you employing and are they told to lie to customers. And, was there ever an intention to service th promise of an interim device, ever. Or was that merely another lie.

What kind of compensation will be offered to me, and other customers, for your resultant incompetence? I have now been without an internet service for almost a month based on Vodacoms commitments, which now I see were just lies. I cancelled my ADSL line believing you people would deliver on your commitments. But clearly, Vodacom believes that as the Number 1 cellular provider, you can just treat customer with disregard and contempt. Even worse is that I shall be getting a call from the Vodacom Hellopeter watchers promising to follow up and get back to me, which never happens. So, Shameel Joosub, lets see if this will be any different. I dare you to call me on ********** and tell me in person what you, as the CEO plan on doing. If you want, I can email you this message too.

Regards Rashaad
