VODACOM MUST STEP UP THEIR EFFORTS

On 17 May 2021 I visited a Vodacom store to request an upgrade as my contract was due to expire. The person assisting me insisted that he see my device and specifically my sim. I knew this was not a requirement and left the store. On 18 May 2021 I returned to the store where someone else helped me. This person confirmed that it was not at all necessary to provide my device or sim. I feel Vodacom must take this matter further as this sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable. I've had my data ****** before and Vodacom returned my ****** data, while admitting that it was used by Vodacom staff.

I have to date not received ANY call from Vodacom. And to top it all, today I was told that about 25GB suddenly disappeared from my account. That is absolutely impossible. I am sure it has to do with my visit to Clearwater on 17 May 2021. When will someone give me a call to explain the disappearance of 25 GB data?

I followed up by once again contacting Vodacom to enquire when I would be receiving the 25GB that "disappeared". I was told that "as a good gesture" I would receive 10GB from Vodacom. 25GB "disappeared" and Vodacom staff agreed with me! But I receive 10GB as a "good gesture" and I must be satisfied? Really Vodacom? And you feel this is the way to treat a customer that has supported you for so many years?
