Vodacom must go down

Living in the North West of the country in the Coligny - Lichtenburg area i must say that Vodacom advertise themselves as the best network in S.Africa. THis is so far from the truth as Escoms service to this country. We have been experiencing more and more network blackouts for the last 8 months, which the last one was from yesterday afternoon till now we still stuck without network. Even when Eskom power drops the same problem occurs..really Vodacom...is this the type of service you give paying customers...and then you say your nr1...service provider....then i dont wanna know what 2nd and 3d pace providers look like. Really me and my family spents thousands on a non network service provider per month, and we all are strongly considering switching networks. And ask yourself im only one complaining customer...how many paying customers do uou have in that area...???
