Vodacom must FALL - Pathetic, Useless Company

I have been trying to upgrade my contract and do a transfer of ownership to our business's name. I was not able to do this over the phone as the consultant could not/did not know where to find the form to make the change. We then had to go into a Vodacom store, which we did to fill in the form and to make the change. The consultant told us that it was done, but it was not yet showing on the system. He said he would let me know when this is done. He did not let me know anything and I have phoned everyday since then only to get told the same excuse over and over - The problem is with the IT Department. I the proceeded to phone Vodacom Customer care to get shunted back and forth from department to department. Incorrect numbers given to me to phone the various departments, each time holding on whilst listening to numerous options before being able to speak to a consultant, or the call just dies before a consultant is reached. Seems like NO ONE at Vodacom has any idea what they are doing, as NO ONE is able to assist. Best part is the only time consultant at the store actually did phone back was to ask if we already have a business account with Vodacom! Seriously!!!!! We were in the store when he asked that exact same question and we gave him the number. How difficult is is to do your job??? I have since phoned Vodacom Business Division, Vodacom Upgrades, Vodcom Customer and goodness knows how many other departments all to be put through to different departments which CANNOT assist. Each phone call costs me at least 15 minutes of my time, only to be told the same thing. NO ONE CAN HELP. Vodacom seriously needs to jack up their service or get rid of the useless people working for them because they are earning salaries for doing nothing. After more than a week and countless phone calls, wasting my time and money, I still have not been able to upgrade or sort out the issue with Vodacom. Needless to say, Vodacom and all the people working there are absolutely ***********, they might as well close their doors as they have no interest in doing business or delivering a service, yet they are extremely eager and quick to take your money!!!!
