Vodacom must fall.

As my phone contract is left with six months to an end and the thought of upgrading sounds appealing. Then my debit order goes off and it's increased from my initial contract. This is the second time it has increased and the reason behind this is cause they add more data or airtime, non of which was even requested. Is that not a violation? Dear Vodacom some of us budget for our debit orders and if you go and take out more out of greed and another debit order goes off unpaid. An unpaid debit order is R100. 00 extra. Do you see my frustration? Anyways to hell with upgrading with you guys. Consider my business lost even if it's just minimum but I would never recommend anyone to use Vodacom. Have a lovely day going forward and please don't reply that you are so shocked and we will do everything to investigate. That won't help me in any way.
