Vodacom must Fall
I have been billed for 5 services of data which I have asked Vodacom to send me the contracts with my signature on them. A Ticket was opened where they were getting the documents and email to me. Vodacom has closed the ticket with NOTHING being sent. I have written to the CEO and NOTHING. I have been in touch with more than 10 of their customer care section, with NOTHING. As the payment is by debit order it seems as if I am blocked from reducing my amount by the R597.01 that these data bundles cost. Two of the numbers are active in other peoples names and three are ended. Vodacom is a *****.
