VODACOM MUST CATCH A WAKE-UP!!
VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONTRACTS... EVERYTHING TO DO WITH VODACOM IS AT A LOSS, THEY ARE LOSING MORE AND MORE CLIENTS BY THE DAY AND SOONER OR LATER IT WILL BE TO LATE TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE FIRE AND SMOKE THAT IS VODACOM!!! THEY MAKE EMPTY PROMISES AND DEDUCT MONEY THAT IS NOT THEIRS TO TAKE.. THEY GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO GET GOOD PEOPLE TO SIGHN UP AND THEN ALL THE DRAMA START WITH NO NETWORK OR NO DATA OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY TAKE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH A SMILE. I AM NOT GIVING FALSE INFO, JUST GO READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.. THE COMPLIMENTS ARE FEW AND FAR APART. SO DISAPPOINTED IN VODACOM REALLY, AFTER 29YEARS, THE SHIP IS SINKING FAST!!

I have been on Hello Peter for 2 weeks and I always get this same message back and no one helps.. they do phone and make empty promises and after that they disappear, never to be heard of again. hahaha what a joke!!

Ah please, no your Customer care will call me and they will not sort out my problem.
