Vodacom must block all content services on my phones!!!!

I hereby instruct Vodacom to block all content services on my numbers: ***, ***, *** and ***. As always, I tried the Vodapay app and it is useless as the entire Vodacom. I then got an sms that I should call *** and guess what? My calls could not get through. Thanks to Hellopeter, I know Vodacom will definitely block all content services on my phones.
