Vodacom 'multiple missed payments' affecting my credit score.. im on prepaid ...

So I received an updated credit score today.

According to Clearscore I have missed multiple payments to Vodacom SPfrom September 2019 till Today .. but I have had a prepaid SIM for quite some time now... I cancelled my contract !

This is affecting my credit score REALLY badly, so much so that it dropped from 662 to currently 599 !!!
