Vodacom Mpesa not working

needed a reliable way of paying staff and was assured this was it..... I bought phones and opeded up 2 mpesa accounts, I needed this to be reliabled as I was moving provinces. I made weekly payments via eft, only to find out by the end of the month those accounts were empty as the money never loaded, now I have to send proof of payments etc. If this way of payment is not reliable, then dont say that it is. Query still not resolved.
