Vodacom most pathetic service provider

Over the last 2 weeks I made 5 calls to Vidacom to try and cancel one of my contracts. I was promised that a certain person would phone me back. Sent 2 emails as well. To date hereof I had no reply and again Vodacom deducted money from my account for a contact that should have been cancelled. Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service. Will never use them again.
