Vodacom most expensive & f*cking terrible.

Vodacom has to be the worst company and mobile carrier possible. I called to cancel my contract after seeing every other carrier on average is R400 cheaper, upon where I was referred to Retentions. I chatted to a Zanele who called me back to price match MTN with 2 offers. I agreed upon one of the offers and was told my phone would be delivered within 5-7 working days. Two weeks later no phone, no communication. I call them again where some other idiot tells me nothing has been processed. I tell him the deal Zanele letters and he can't match it, to which I tell him to listen to the recorded phone call. He then states they can't listen so far back, however that's no issue as I record all calls aswell. Needless to say, he promises a manager will call me by end of day. No manager calls yet I get sent another phone the following day, on a contract I never agreed to. This is now going into week 4, 3 phone calls of over an hour each and no resolve to it. I have recorded every call myself yet cannot escalate this as no manager is ever present or calls back. I'm sure I have a very strong legal leg to stand on considering I have the recordings,a contract I never signed or agreed to either. Vodacom can suck it! Swapping to MTN without a doubt.
