Vodacom more like Vodacan't

I have logged a query with Vodacom on 26 May 2017 regarding them overdebiting me. Since then I have sent 4 emails in regard to the same request as my emails were never received apparently. I have called numerous times and even gave them the 14 days that they needed to solve my query.

Well today is the 15th June and I decided to call them again as I have not heard anything from them. I was told by Neo, whom I was escalated to by the way, that an entire department was not available as there was a taxi strike.

I asked was there no one else in the entire vodacom that could assist me and he said no. I asked for a manager and said there is no one. Once again I asked if there was no manager in the entire Vodacom who could asist me and he said no. I asked because of the taxi strike, he said yes. Laughable!!

I am just beyond frustrated by this whole exercise, me having to do the run around for something that they caused me. All I want is my R378.98 that they owe me. To you that might not be much but to me as an unemployed person, its money that I need.

HELP!!!!
