Vodacom Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom

I upgraded to a new contract Thursday 2 Nov. I took a phone which was suggested by staff members. After using the phone for a day, I realized that the phone is not to my liking. We went a way for the weekend, so first thing monday I tried to exchange the phone for a differend make and model, on an ever more expensive contract ( currently paying more than R1100 a month) After visiting the store, I was advised that there is no way to exchange the phone, or move to another contract option, as the deal was finalized on vodacom' side. I find it very hard to believe that there is no way after only 4 day, which was over a weekend, there is no way to exchange your phone for a different model, if your phone on a 2 year contract is not working to your liking. After phoning vodacom customer care, I was advised that vodacom do have a "goods return policy" in place for 14 days, but according to the store that is only for deals done over the internet, or telephonically How can vodacom have different criteria for exchange? if so, why do we even go to shops and have them assist us, only do be disadvantaged if something is not to our liking, within a reasonable timeframe?

VODACOM SUCKS!
