Vodacom Mooirivier Mall ****MERS!!!!!!!

The sales guy called Chris at Vodacom Mooirivier mall at potchefstroom, sold my 65 mother and her minor grand daughter an Iphone 15 pro max, he made my mother agree and sign the documents she did not understand, since my mother is on pension she did not qualify for that phone contract, Chris made him pay 9000 upfront and she was not even aware that the upfront payment will be that amount. When she gets home that's when she saw the bank notification, and Chris did the online purchase on her behalf because he realized that she has exceeded her limit.

We went back to the store to cancel the contract and wanted the refund, Chris took the phone but he is refusing to refund my mother, he always comes with excuses, the so called store manager is not helping m, instead he's also taking us for a ride. They took the phone with the agreement that they cancel the contract but nothing has been done, and the first installment went through yesterday. Please help!!!!
