Vodacom money *****s

If I could give Vodacom a zero stars, I would! I tried to cancel my mom's Vodacom contract that was out of contract in January 2022, and agreed with the first consultant named Faatimah that instead of losing my mom's number, they can change the contract to a Flexi Zero and the lady assured me that I will not be debted or charged anything and that everything, including insurance, is now cancelled. On 1st February I then received a quote and an invoice of a Flexi 550 contract which I NEVER agreed to, and an amount of R607.99 to be debted, and then disputed this and told the 2nd customer service lady named Phindile that I never agreed to anything and that everything should be cancelled and shre agreed and told me that this is the 1st customer service agent's fault and that a mistake could of happened and that this is why I ended up with the Flexi 550 contract I didn't agreed to. She advised that everything is now cancelled (I was also put through to the insurance department to cancel insurance, which the first lady did not tell me to do) and I changed the number to a Flexi 55, so my mom can have R55 airtime; I requested a refund urgently after that debt of R607.99 was taken from my account by calling the accounts department on *** on the 7th March, which I was assured would happen. Today I then receive an invoice for an amount of 156.12 that Vodacom is planning to debt from my account- again I did not agree to anything. I called the accounts call centre again and was told that because the insurance wasn't cancelled the debt was taken and my account was given a credit, and that Vodacom can only refund an amount of R268 from my money of R607.99 that they took so quickly, and this from a contract that I did NOT agree to. I am so fed up with Vodacom, I just want my refund of all my money of R607.99. Times are tough, people cannot afford to just let money be taken in a time where every R1 counts! Please help me get this sorted out and get my refund from the *****s Vodacom!
