Vodacom - Money eaters

Poor service is an understatement when it comes to phone repairs. My wife had insurance on the phone for accidental damages... please don't waist your money on that because her speaker got minor water damage and and to repair it was not worth it according to them and they will give us R5000 to by a new phone. What do you buy for R5000 when the current phone is on contract? And they don't give you the correct info, they said via sms that the phone is ready for collection and when we arrived they did nothing on the phone! will NEVER support Vodacom again
