Vodacom - Mondomobile FALSE INFORMATION, MISLEADING, ****

Mondo Mobile claims to be a direct seller/service for Vodacom, however they do not have the same standards of Vodacom?

Mondo prey's on the uneducated pertaining to the techworld, they call you and inform you about the wonderful premotioons they have availible and supply you with false information whilst misleading you to get their buck.

My father was contacted by this company informing him of a great premotion that would allow him to pay alot less for his monthly contracts at vodacom whilst provideing him with a great package via upgrading his contracts.

The consultant mis informed him and misled him into taking the option, after finding out about this I contacted them whereby they a support consultant manager accepted the fact that they mislead him and provided false information (breach of contract) however it med that they did not provide any solution to the problem. it has been more than a week since they have made contact after we requested reversal of the so called upgrade and cancellation of the contracts.

We would suggest avoiding this company at any means possible, they sound extremely clued up in what they do, however this is how they catch you....

We are still waiting for a response from them, however we have no considered taking legal action against them.

How Vodacom is allowing this company to work under their name blows my mind, my father has been a loyal customer at vodacom for more than 21 years and i myself more than 11 years, we are both moving to another provider come the end of our term as Vodacom is also shortfalling with solutions to a problem caused by a so claimed direct department of their's.
