Vodacom Mondo Upgrades- DO NOT DO IT!!!!!

<p>On 31st i had a lady from Mondo call me (she said she was from Vodacom)....sold me a Flex 500 package, which sounded convincing from my Smart M Sim contract. Immediately she migrated me, said it wasnt a new contract. In evening i realised i wasnt comfortable with the Flex 500...called Vodacom and asked them to migrate me back...no they cant do it. Today went to Vodacom, and also called Contact Centre. they gave me Mondo's details. Called Mondo and they tell me they can only migrate me to another package in 3months time, and not to my Smart M SIM, i must go onto another package. This literally sucks, all i want is my old package, and why wasnt i advised all this yesterday. Never ever entertain a call from Vodacom upgrade/Mondo online again...they are quick to talk and sell, but not willing to assist when you're not happy.</p>
