I am at my wits' end with all three these companies. My full complaint has now gone on for more than 5 months. 5 MONTHS. Their incompetance to resolve this issue has caused me financial distress, sleepless nights and an insane amount of money. They just don't care.

A consultant from Mondo phoned me in June. Yes, JUNE. He offered me a new line, I told him NO NEW LINE, but I want an UPGRADE. He happily obliged, thus starting this string of events. His heartless actions has caused me a lot of pain, pain which I hope returns to him three-fold.

RAM delivered the phone.

I only saw about a week or two later that an extra line was added and no upgrade was done. I went to the WAVERLEY CENTRE VODACOM SHOP. They put through a request to cancel the new line and did an upgrade on my existing line.

The issue, as simple as it might sound (not to the geniusses working at these companies) was not resolved and this lead to phone call, upon phone call. Month after month. I talked to Given, Oprey, Constance, Portia, Andy, Lebogang, Rudzani Lithole, Keabetswe, and Nanhla at Vodacom call centre/ after sales. FINALLY RAM came to pick up the phone on 28 August. FILIPAI CAME TO FETCH IT AT MY HOME ON 28 AUGUST ***.

The nightmare continued...

Vodacom doesn't get the phone. RAM claims they can't track it on THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME!!

RAM replies rudely they can't track it on the REFERENCE THEY GAVE ME.

Vodacom after sales promises to follow up and call me back - NOTHING

Mondo promises to follow up and call me back - NOTHING

RAM promises to follow up and call me back - NOTHING.

So, Mr. Shameel Joosub (Vodacom CEO), Mr. Graeme Lazarus (RAM) and whoever is in charge at that *********** hell hole of incompetance, Mondo, the main problem here is your utter lack of humanity. You allow your people to mess with peoples' lives, their credit record and their mental well-being. This might seem like nothing to me, but it is huge to the people you are affecting. Vodacom keeps on taking money from me for something not in my care now for months. If you take something from someone for no good reason, don't like to call it *****ing, but let's leave it at that.

I have had enough. This issue needs to be resolved. NOW!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
