Vodacom Mobile Phone insurance - the worst customer service- Will not give me Managers name and surname!!

<p>I have had such terrible service from Vodacom monile phone insurance! They cannot send me policy documents... they have made changes to my policy document with out informing me. They do not answer there phone... it is a dissgusting service!!!! or lack thereof . The customer service rep will not give me his managers details !</p>
