VODACOM MISSING AIRTIME

<p>I was in hospital a day and a half and when I went in I had a small amount on my data bundle and my new airtime for the month had just been loaded, so in excess of R200 airime, this morning I was to check my bundle and I have nothing left, I bascially between the afternoon of the 1st of June and morning of the 2 of June (I left hospital at 8.30) used R200 browsing on Facebook and checking my emails?! Sorry Vodacom but this does not add up. Please recitify this matter otherwise it is time for a new service provider once my contract ends. And no I do not care that I was in an LTF area or whatever, I have never used that much airtime in one space of time ever! It is another way to mess people around.</p>
