Vodacom missing airtime

<p>Once again Vodacom messes up. All my data and airtime disappear within an hour. I don't see what I could have been doing that would make all my data and airtime fly especially when my phone was in my bag the entire time. Try calling the call centre with no luck, sent from one place to another. Ridiculous</p>

Once again airtime and date and a lot of it went missing 2-3 weeks ago. I have tried to speak to your agents but it's impossible to actually speak to someone!!!
