Vodacom MISREPRESENTATION!!!!!!!

Vodacom advertises P30 Lite dual SIM. The consultant didn't advise that even though the phone is dual SIM functionality it is not available through Vodacom. Then why does Vodacom advertise DUAL SIM when they do not even provide the service!!! It is wrong on so many levels!!! From a legal point of view you can not offer something and not deliver it. In the Vodacom booklet it says P30 Lite dual SIM It is misrepresentation and I refuse to leave it. You sold me a product which was advertise online and in the booklets but now when I want what I bought you don't offer those services!!! It is unacceptable!!! Vodacom staff in stores even say it is wrong what is being done. If the staff can see how wrong this is then why is it being allowed?? I will not pay for something I can't get the full value for!!!
