Vodacom Misleads Data Bundle Buyers

Searching Vodacom website for data expiry rules gave the following result:
\Carry-over rule: Any data purchased or allocated is valid until the last calendar day of the next month, e.g. if you buy a MyGig 1.2 data bundle on 10 November, then the unused data will be carried over until 31 December. Any unused data not used by 31 December will expire. Any carried-over megabytes will only be used after the recurring monthly data bundle allocation has been depleted.\"

Based on this I purchased a bigger and more expensive data bundle to last until 31 May 2016.

On activation of the data I received notification that the bundle expires on 13 May 2016, 2.5 WEEKS earlier.

This is false advertising, as Vodacom can't say \"ANY DATA PURCHASED OR ALLOCATED...\" but then when inquiring about this say that Once-Off Bundles expire after 30 days...

The data purchase process also does not make mention of this fact anywhere

Vodacom's website is deceiving and it should not be near impossible to find relevant information."
