Vodacom misleads by thinking its customers are stupid!

I posted a review on Vodacom 16.12.2017 and got the standard response that they were investigating the issue - well, nothing has happened, and there has been no communication from them - just a standard reply to a complaint. Still nothing! Just a note to be careful of phishing ****s - well, in my humble opinion, Vodacom is just as guilty of the same thing!

That's what was said before. What a crock! The old adage of fooling some of the people some times applies here. Vodacom has lost the plot and its edge - it does not perform nor does it deliver on its undertakings - I am singularly unimpressed. Disgusted is more to the point!

I even posted the original complaint of the Vodacom Facebook page, and no response from Vodacom there either - too many complaints I must assume!

So, only after I am rude due to the fact that whoever is supposed to respond does not, does this solicit a response. Not a happy camper with my perception of the high handed approach that Vodacom generally adopts.
