Vodacom Misleading sales techniques are very worrying

I was ******* into buying something by a vodacom sales agent and I want to report it. Data sim was sold to me, promised I could transfer data to 5 different devices from it. After 3 calls and promising me over and over again about the features I say yes. 2 days later when I receive and try to activate, surprise surprise exactly what I said I did not want happened... no this sim cannot do this. So I call to cancel the same day I receive it, guess what this was in February, they are still taking money off monthly and I can not even call customer care anymore. Misleading selling: giving me wrong information about the product & service giving me the wrong advice about what product could be used for exaggerating what the product can do keeping important information about the product or service hidden & obscured
