VODACOM MISLEADING CUSTOMERS

In December a week before Christmas I went to a chats4u store in central Durban, and they had the special for the Xbox one S with Fifa 18 and a phone for R380 a month.

Up till now I have not gotten any of my items only to find out after a month of phone calls and emails to the buyers and head office that the product has been discontinued, they only have later models at higher prices which is way over my budget. I am very disappointed in Vodacom and I will never refer anyone to them. They are clearly misleading the customers . It seems no one in Vodacom knows whats going on cause you are going in circles.
